Registered Nurse — Medical Aesthetics Injector

WH Wellness & Health, a well-established medical aesthetics and functional medicine practice with 21 years in business, is seeking an experienced RN Medical Aesthetics Injector to join our growing team. This role blends clinical precision with an artistic eye to deliver safe, natural-looking results, and includes performing injectables, IV wellness therapies, and supporting clinic operations under our Medical Director's protocols.

About the role

As our RN Injector, you will be a key clinical provider responsible for administering a range of aesthetic and wellness treatments under the clinic's protocols. You'll work closely with our Medical Director/physician, estheticians, and front-desk staff to ensure a seamless, safe, and exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform neuromodulator injections (Botox, Dysport) and dermal filler treatments (lips, cheeks, jawline, tear troughs, nasolabial folds, etc.)
- Set up and administer IV vitamin/hydration infusions and injectable boosters (B12, glutathione, NAD+, etc.)
- Conduct thorough client consultations, facial assessments, and treatment planning
- Obtain informed consent and clearly explain risks, benefits, and expected outcomes
- Monitor clients during and after treatment for adverse reactions and manage complications per protocol
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and charting (EMR)
- Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
- Manage inventory of injectables, IV supplies, and related medical products
- Support retail product sales as part of client care
- Support marketing efforts (before/after photos, social content) as needed
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on protocol development and quality assurance
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions and follow-up support
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training
- Stay current on product updates, techniques,



and continuing education requirements
- Perform other clinical, administrative, or professional duties as reasonably assigned

Requirements Education & Licensure

- Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Certification in cosmetic injectables (Botox/filler) from an accredited training program
- IV therapy certification, or willingness to obtain

Experience

- 2–5 years of hands-on injectable experience preferred (new-to-injecting RNs with strong clinical backgrounds may be considered with mentorship)
- Experience with IV infusion therapy administration
- Background in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa a plus

Skills & Knowledge

- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety zones
- Knowledge of vascular occlusion recognition and emergency reversal protocols
- Proficiency with EMR/charting systems
- Solid understanding of infection prevention and sterile technique

Schedule Full-time. Time is devoted to scheduled patient visits, follow-up care, documentation, and related communications required in the rendering of professional services.
