Position Overview
Using your RPN or RN education, you lead our clients through consultations for treatment, determining if they are fit for treatment. After completing their treatment sessions, women and men will leave eager to share their life changing experience with others because of the service level and outcomes you ensured they received. At UROSPOT you will become a subject matter expert on our non-invasive, disruptive technology that strengthens pelvic floors and ends incontinence struggles for our clients.

Required Qualifications
- Current Certificate of Registration is in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RN or RPN).

- Ability to assess medical suitability for treatment and deliver care in a safe, ethical, and professional manner
- Commitment to maintaining current credentials and complying with all regulatory, privacy, and health & safety requirements
- Demonstrated clinical competence in patient assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation, and patient education

Key Responsibilities
- As a passionate brand ambassador, take lead role in client consultations. Review intake forms in advance of consultation. Listen empathetically and question brilliantly to determine if the client is a fit for treatment. In a safe and effective manner provide trial treatment and coordinate their treatment protocol with the help of our Client Care Administrator. You are the ultimate owner of client experience and success on their path to freedom from incontinence.
- Convert suitable consultations into treatment through clear education, confidence, and client-focused selling.
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally and mindfully.
- Respect and protect the rights of clients, including but not limited to their right to independence, autonomy, and self-determination; their right to choose and practice individual values, beliefs, religion,
and culture; their right to privacy and dignity; and their right to live free from retaliation, discrimination, and abuse.
- Maintain and model appropriate personal boundaries with clients, and refrain from involvement with client personal affairs or other business that may constitute a conflict of interest.
- Ensure correct charting procedures for all consultations are entered completely and efficiently.
- Follow and model safe work practices and health & safety standards.
- Contribute ideas and oversee and assist with the planning and implementation enhancements that make our client experience better.
- Submit required documentation and reports accurately and on time.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues, managers, and stakeholders.
Work Conditions
- Regular on-site presence is required; remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.
- Currently a Monday-Friday operation during the day. Flexibility with hours as needed.
