We are looking for another Post Anesthetic Care Unit (Recovery Room) Registered Nurse Expert for a remote consulting role with Sullivan Medico-Legal Experts.

Core Expert Requirements To be considered for the independent contractor roster, candidates must meet the following strict standards established by Sullivan Medico-Legal Experts:

- 10+ years of active clinical nursing experience in a Canadian PACU.
- Active registration and valuable standing with a designated provincial nursing college.
- Analytical skills necessary for evaluating medical negligence and malpractice standard-of-care files.
- Excellent written English proficiency, including the completion of a mandatory pre-screening writing exercise.
- Trial readiness to confidently attend court and testify as an independent expert witness if needed.
- Technical setup , including a reliable computer equipped with Microsoft Word.
