About the Opportunity We are a growing, recently funded healthcare organization scaling fast, serving both individual patients and employer partners across Canada. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team.
Role Summary In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care through patient consultations, clinical verifications, and team collaboration. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and upholding compliance with all applicable regulations. Role Responsibilities - Provide consultations and answer medication-related questions through various channels in an efficient and courteous manner - Perform clinical verifications for prescriptions on time to ensure efficient pharmacy operations - Conduct accurate and efficient product checks on medication orders - Provide coaching and guidance to pharmacy team members to support and improve pharmacy processes - Partner with the Pharmacy Manager and operations management to regularly review processes and embrace continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws, rules, and regulations - Proactively collaborate with the team to ensure continuity of care and minimize therapy interruptions for patients
