Job Summary

Bloor Royal York Physio & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic in Etobicoke.

This position is ideal for a physiotherapist who values high-quality, one-on-one care and enjoys combining manual therapy with evidence-informed exercise rehabilitation. We welcome experienced physiotherapists, new graduates, and physiotherapy residents.

Our clinic treats a diverse caseload that includes musculoskeletal and sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, arthritis, chronic pain, motor vehicle accident injuries, and workplace injuries.

Key Responsibilities





- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and progressive rehabilitation programs
- Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports, post-operative, and chronic pain conditions
- Educate patients regarding recovery, self-management, and injury prevention
- Deliver one-on-one physiotherapy care in private treatment rooms
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Jane
- Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, insurers, and other healthcare providers when required
- Collaborate with other members of the clinic team
- Follow the standards and best practices of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Contribute to a welcoming and positive experience for every patient

Required Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, or eligible to practise as a Physiotherapy Resident
- Eligible to work in Ontario, Canada
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong interest or experience in orthopedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-education skills
- Strong manual therapy and exercise-prescription skills
- Compassionate, professional, dependable, and patient-focused




- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications Experience or additional education in any of the following areas would be an asset but is not required:
- Sports injury rehabilitation
- Manual therapy
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Vestibular rehabilitation
- Concussion management
- Pelvic-floor physiotherapy
- Acupuncture or dry needling
- TMJ rehabilitation
- MVA or WSIB cases
- Jane practice-management software

New graduates and physiotherapy residents with strong clinical placements and a commitment to continued learning are encouraged to apply.

Position Details

Job type: Part-time

Compensation: $50–$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Preferred availability: Tuesdays and Thursdays; however, candidates available on other weekdays or Saturdays are also encouraged to apply

Expected hours: Approximately 16-30 hours per week, with the prospect to grow

Work location: In person at 2943A Bloor Street West, Etobicoke
