Motion Crafters Physiotherapy & Wellness is a growing multidisciplinary clinic in Airdrie. We are looking for a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide counselling and psychotherapy services and help grow our mental health program.
We welcome applications from
- Registered Psychologists
- Registered Provisional Psychologists with approved supervision arrangements
- Registered Social Workers (RSW), preferably with an MSW and counselling/psychotherapy experience
Services May Include Depending on your training, scope and interests:
- Individual counselling and psychotherapy
- Couples counselling
- Anxiety, depression and stress management
- Trauma and PTSD support
- Grief and life transitions
- Relationship concerns
- Chronic pain and injury adjustment
- MVA-related mental health support
- Workplace stress and burnout
- In-person and virtual counselling

You will work alongside practitioners in physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, manual osteopathy and rehabilitation.
Qualifications
Applicants must
- Be registered and in good standing with the appropriate Alberta regulatory college
- Maintain an active practice permit and professional liability insurance
- Be eligible to practise in an independent-contractor/private-practice setting
- Have counselling or psychotherapy experience relevant to the services offered
- Maintain professional and timely clinical documentation
For Provisional Psychologists: appropriate supervision arrangements must already be in place. Motion Crafters does not currently provide supervision.
Compensation will be discussed based on professional designation, experience, availability and scope of services.
