We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists to join our agile team. In this vital role, you will provide expert mental health support, therapeutic interventions, and case management services.

We are looking specifically for experience and interest in working with Children, Adolescents and Youth, with ADHD and Neurodivergence, and with Couples and Families. Your expertise will help foster positive change, promote well-being, and support patients’ journey toward mental and emotional resilience. We offer a competitive split compensation with a monthly cap. Once you hit your monthly cap, you keep 100% of your earnings.

As part of the STTCC team, you will:

- Provide and deliver Social Work/Psychotherapy services in accordance with SMHWC policies and professional practice standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow up treatments and lifestyle adjustments
- Maintain and follow the ethical practices of the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and/or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills
