Job Title: Master's Level Registered Social Worker with the BCCSW
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers. The candidate will be responsible for providing therapy and assessment to people facing difficult life challenges to develop intervention plans. If offered the job, the office space will be provided, along with administrators.
Administrators are skilled in managing your schedule (we use "Jane" to book, chart, schedule, invoice, process payments, etc.) and are trained in direct billing to most insurance providers. Our team has long-standing connections in the community, offering a large referral base. We can fill your schedule as much or as little as you desire.
You are able to work from home, if desired. The pay structure is such that you do not pay rent, but rather just 25% of your gross income. This is a very competitive rate, with most competitors requiring 40% and up of gross income.
Note: If you require supervision to obtain registration with the BCCSW, we can provide that supervision in-house. If registered in the Clinical class (i.e., Registered Clinical Social Worker), this is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Offer support and guidance to patients and their families.
Skills:

- Experience working with children OR adults.
- Experience in assessment and diagnostics, if registered in the Clinical class, is an asset.
Joining our team as a healthcare provider offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need of psychological support. We provide a supportive work setting that encourages professional growth and development.
