RISE Anxiety & Depression Clinic is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Social Worker (BSW or MSW) to join our growing Ottawa team.

This position is in person at our Ottawa clinic. We are specifically looking for a clinician who values face-to-face client care and is interested in becoming part of a collaborative mental health practice.

Responsibilities

- Provide individual psychotherapy and mental health support to clients
- Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other mental health concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain appropriate professional and ethical boundaries
- Collaborate with other members of the RISE CLINIC team when appropriate
- Provide compassionate, client-centred and evidence-informed care

Qualifications
- BSW or MSW required
- Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
- Authorized and qualified to provide psychotherapy within your professional scope
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable,



qualified and comfortable working independently
- Previous clinical/psychotherapy experience is an asset

Important This is an in-person position. Applicants must be available to see clients at our Ottawa location. We are not currently seeking someone looking exclusively for virtual work.
