As a Caseworker, you will be part of the Case Management Team serving clients at Crossroads Residential Services. Your primary role includes offering direct assistance, analyzing client data, and facilitating individual counseling to support residents. You will also work closely with the Spiritual Care team to ensure clients’ holistic needs are addressed, while actively participating in case conferences and planning meetings.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide housing support at the emergency shelter • Develop case plans and monitor client progress • Conduct individual counseling sessions for residents • Maintain accurate client records and documentation • Collaborate with the Spiritual Care team for holistic support
