In this senior role, you will oversee facility maintenance and safety compliance across Goodwill’s properties. Your responsibilities will include leading the Facilities Management team, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring adherence to health regulations. You will play a crucial role in property renovations and strategic planning for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise facility maintenance operations for all locations
• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage renovation projects and property acquisition activities




• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance plans
• Maintain accurate lease and ownership documentation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Facility Management or related fields
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in facility operations
• PMP Certification preferred; knowledge of leasing agreements required
• Strong understanding of Alberta Building Codes
• Proficient in relevant facilities management software
