Join SLCS as a Full time Youth Support Facilitator, focusing on restorative practices to prevent violence in schools. Collaborate with students, staff, and the community to foster safer environments.

This role is integral to SLCS's initiative funded by the Building Safer Communities Fund, combating gun and gang violence among youths. Your efforts will utilize restorative approaches in conflict resolution, while engaging and training school personnel to boost community support systems. Frequent travel around London is part of this role, where your expertise will impact young lives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate conflict resolution through restorative practices • Train and mentor school staff and parents • Work collaboratively in high-stress situations • Ensure the safety of participants during sessions • Manage and report program statistics accurately

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in a relevant field • 1-3 years experience with youth, education, or justice • Certified in Restorative Practices (preferred) • Intermediate First Aid/CPR Level C • Must hold a valid G class Driver’s License
