Partner at Western Compensation & Benefits ConsultantsThe Role:The major responsibilities of this position include managing the complete employee benefit plan cycle, consisting of:designing plans which align with the client’s human resources objectives; determining the most appropriate funding strategies; financial analysis, estimating of costs and potential cost saving strategies; procuring the mostappropriate benefit plan providers through competitive bid processes and negotiations; overseeing theimplementation of benefit provider contracts and administrative arrangements; conducting anniversary renewal analysis, negotiating with providers and developing client recommendations; providing trainingand/or mentorship to benefit analysts and client staff; providing qualified advice to resolve escalated claims,
