Project XIII Staffing is partnering with a large public sector digital services program to hire a Senior Full Stack / Front End Developer (Contract Role) based in Ontario. This role will support the development of secure, scalable enterprise applications within a regulated, high-security environment.

The Opportunity

The Senior Full Stack / Front End Developer will contribute to a major digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing enterprise systems and improving citizen-facing digital services. This is a contract role within a public sector environment, working alongside technical and business teams in an Agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end applications (React, Angular, or similar frameworks)
- Build and support back-end services, APIs, and system integrations
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews
- Support testing, debugging, deployment, and release activities




- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards
- Optimize application performance and user experience
- Provide production support and system enhancements

- On-time delivery of development milestones
- Application stability and performance in production environments
- Code quality, maintainability, and documentation standards
- Compliance with security and accessibility requirements

Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in full stack or front-end development
- Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments (asset)
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in Agile delivery teams

Education & Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Public sector experience considered a strong asset
