In this position, you will leverage your financial management skills, ensuring compliance and productive processing of payroll and accounts. This role requires collaboration with HR and various stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of supporting health services through effective financial operations in East Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and ensure adherence to financial policies
• Generate and distribute invoices; manage collections
• Conduct payroll processes and respond to employee inquiries




• Maintain cash and handle banking activities
• Facilitate financial literacy education sessions for staff
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
• CHRP/CHRL certification or pursuing is preferred
• Familiarity with financial legislation and HR practices
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
Drive financial transparency and enhance community health initiatives as part of the SRCHC team.
