What You Will Be Doing

Provide warm, engaging, and professional service to guests in cabanas and poolside areas

Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner

Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance the overall experience

Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food, beverages, and daily features

Ensure cabana areas are clean, organized, and set up to luxury standards at all times

Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care

Process payments accurately using POS systems

Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications Your experience and skills include:

Previous serving experience in a restaurant, lounge, or outdoor/poolside environment preferred





Passion for delivering exceptional guest service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Knowledge of food and beverage service, including cocktails and wine, is an asset

ProServe certification (or equivalent) required

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and outdoor conditions
