RBC in Toronto seeks a Product Manager to develop and manage deposit products within its cash management portfolio, including DACAs, Blocked Accounts, Escrows and other niche offerings. You will balance strategic development with hands-on execution and lead cross-functional teams across Legal, Compliance and Risk to embed regulatory considerations from inception.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in institutional banking, a business/economics degree, and a proven ability to drive product strategy
