In this contractor role, you’ll engage in authoring vital return, refund, and eligibility policies, drawing from your 3-5 years of CX experience in US retail. Your role will involve creating scenario designs that address operational ambiguities, ensuring AI systems are trained with real-world applicability in mind. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-quality guidelines and performance assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive return and refund policies for AI training • Create detailed customer-service scenarios for policy clarity • Establish resolutions for standard and exceptional customer situations • Develop grading rubrics for evaluating AI agent responses • Work with domain leads to adapt policies as needed
Requirements: • 3–5 years in retail or e-commerce customer experience • Direct experience in writing return and eligibility policies • In-depth knowledge of US retail practices • Solid communication and documentation skills • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
