As a Maintenance Technician, you will work under the Community Manager, overseeing maintenance tasks and general repairs. Key aspects of this role include maintaining gardens, swimming pools, and community buildings. You'll also record septic system upkeep and ensure health and safety standards are met across the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain landscaped areas and gardens throughout the summer
• Conduct regular swimming pool testing and maintenance
• Perform community building repairs and routine maintenance
• Manage grounds maintenance including snow removal in winter
• Respond to after-hours calls and emergencies as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of general maintenance experience
• Valid G-class driver’s license and clean abstract required
• Knowledge of water and wastewater systems considered an asset
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
