As a Regional Administrative Specialist, your focus will be on providing administrative support and managing client documentation for Advisors and Portfolio Managers. You will ensure accurate record-keeping and efficiently handle client inquiries while participating in research and resolution efforts. Additionally, general office duties, such as reception coverage, may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process client documentation per directives from Advisors • Maintain accurate information in the client contact database • Prepare for and book client meetings effectively • Manage follow-up systems for client inquiries • Assist in compliance-related tasks and third-party communications
Requirements: • Business or commerce college diploma • Familiarity with financial regulations and products • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Robust attention to detail and teamwork skills • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
