As a Senior Engineer at Gore Mutual, you will design and optimize the Amazon Connect platform while ensuring seamless integrations with internal and external systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Design Amazon Connect workflows and IVR menus • Develop integrations with enterprise systems via APIs • Monitor service performance and handle incidents • Evaluate current features for operational usability • Guide junior engineers in following AWS best practices
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT Systems • Extensive hands-on experience with AWS technologies • Strong background in serverless architecture using AWS • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools • Previous work in regulated industries preferred
