As an integral part of our team, you’ll support event setups and participate in the maintenance of our warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude. You will work closely with Event Leads and the Warehouse Manager, ensuring our products meet client expectations while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and prepare inventory for events efficiently
• Execute on-site installations for various event elements
• Assist in dismantling and returning items post-event




• Represent Bear professionally at all times
• Maintain the warehouse by organizing and caring for inventory
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license in valuable standing
• Reliable transportation for commuting
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently
• Availability for mornings, nights, and weekends
• Experience in hands-on environments a plus
