Responsibilities

- Leading the design of HVAC, plumbing, hydronic, and mechanical systems for new construction and renovation projects.
- Preparing engineering calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
- Collaborating with project managers, field personnel, BIM teams, architects,



and owners throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience focused on HVAC and building systems.
- Experience designing commercial, healthcare, educational, institutional, multifamily, or industrial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, energy codes, and ASHRAE standards.
