In this vital position, you will report to the Health & Safety Manager while providing support to various workplaces within the region. Responsibilities include conducting site audits, assisting in policy development, overseeing incident investigations, and maintaining safety standards. Your expertise will help drive the success of health and safety initiatives at Black & McDonald.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HS&E; leadership and support to local workplaces
• Conduct inspections for compliance with safety standards
• Audit subcontractor safety management systems




• Support the Certificate of Recognition Program implementation
• Maintain knowledge of safety trends and standards
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of HSE experience in construction
• Active NCSO designation preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and programs
• Experience as COR Auditor is a plus
