At RMC Group, we are seeking a reliable and aware Plant Yard Hand at the West Plant. Key responsibilities include general labour, equipment maintenance, and assisting the Plant Manager. Your contributions will ensure the facility runs smoothly and safely while you benefit from training and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general labour throughout the plant
• Conduct basic maintenance on equipment
• Assist the Plant Manager with operational tasks
• Dump ice and materials into concrete mixtures
• Maintain cleanliness of the yard and facility
Requirements:
• Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract
• General construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50lbs consistently
• Basic mechanical skills for maintenance tasks
• CSTS and WHIMIS certifications preferred
