- Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums and fogger machines
- Use hand and power tools for cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs
- Perform heavy lifting and assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure ductwork and work areas meet high cleanliness standards
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving and backing up a truck and trailer
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Physically able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and safety
