In this role, Deep Trekker needs an individual focused on providing exceptional technical support for ROVs. You will engage with customers and dealers through diverse communication channels, assisting them with diagnostics and service lifecycle management. Collaborating across departments, you'll tackle complex support issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining detailed CRM records.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support customers with troubleshooting via phone and email • Resolve technical challenges including networking issues • Manage service requests and repairs efficiently • Conduct training and maintain product documentation • Generate service quotes and manage invoicing

Requirements: • Proven experience in a technical support role • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience with CRM systems is preferred • Flexibility for On-Call Support, including weekends
