The Position: Based out of our Parksville office with some travel requirements to our Victoria office,



you will manage a mixed portfolio of rental properties in and around the mid-island area. Experience with Rental Building Management is preferred. Your responsibilities will include:

- Tenant placement & relationship management – Ensuring high-quality service for both property owners and tenants.
- Day-to-day operational management – Overseeing maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
- Financial & administrative oversight – Handling property budgets, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements:

- Rental Property Management License in BC with a minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate Services Act and tenancy regulations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and a roadworthy vehicle.
- Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
