Elevate contract management at the Centre for Aging & Brain Health Innovation (CABHI) as a Contract Specialist. Oversee agreement processes, support funding initiatives, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

This permanent full time role reports to the Senior Manager, Operations & Corporate Performance. You will manage the development and execution of contracts for programs, supporting operational efficiency at CABHI. Key duties include negotiating various legal agreements and collaborating with program leaders to ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:



• Prepare and negotiate diverse agreements for CABHI • Assist with reviews of programming changes and agreements • Communicate terms with CABHI’s Innovation Office managers • Collaborate with Legal Counsel on agreement revisions • Ensure alignment of financial components for CABHI programs

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in business or health administration • 3-5 years of contract negotiation experience • 1-2 years in healthcare or research fields • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro • Excellent communication and project management skills
