In this position, reporting to the Retail Manager Firearms, you will utilize your firearm expertise and solid interpersonal skills. Your role includes promoting Cabela’s programs, maintaining product displays, and ensuring customers receive personalized service aligned with their interests.

Key Responsibilities:



• Identify and analyze customers’ needs for tailored recommendations • Promote hunting and outdoor lifestyle knowledge extensively • Maintain and uphold visual presentation standards in-store • Manage customer issues efficiently by applying good judgment • Assist in various store areas as needed to meet business demands

Requirements: • At least one year in a sales or service role preferred • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Required: Restricted & Non-Restricted Acquisition License • Strong commitment to customer service excellence • Familiarity with Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s products beneficial
