Négocier les transactions de renouvellement et de nouvelles locations avec des locataires locaux, régionaux et nationaux ainsi que leurs courtiers, en conformité avec les exigences budgétaires et les prévisions établies Maintenir à jour l'information critique pour chaque propriété, incluant les expirations de baux, les plans de marchandisage, l'analyse du mix locataire et les rapports sur les activités de location Coordonner l'ensemble des services requis pour la réalisation des dossiers en collaboration avec les équipes d'aménagement, de comptabilité, de marketing et juridique Préparer la documentation administrative complète (lettres d'intention, formulaires d'approbation) et assurer le suivi rigoureux des conditions jusqu'à la signature du bail et l'occupation des lieux Diplôme universitaire en administration ou dans un domaine connexe,
ou toute formation jugée équivalente Permis de courtier immobilier commercial (OACIQ), ou être activement en processus pour l'obtenir Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlé et écrit* Capacité à maintenir des relations positives et durables avec les locataires et courtiers Connaissance du marché de détail québécois et des tendances en marchandisage commercial Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes basés à l'extérieur du Québec (fournisseurs de services, cabinets d'avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d'analyse de crédit, agences de crédit, clientèle non-francophone, etc.)
----Leasing Representative - JLL
Join our commercial leasing team in a energetic role where you will contribute directly to the success of our shopping centers by developing and executing innovative leasing strategies. As a Leasing Representative, you will work closely with the Leasing Director to optimize tenant mix, negotiate strategic transactions, and establish lasting business relationships with local, regional, and national retailers. This position offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of retail leasing while contributing to the budgetary and performance objectives of premier real estate portfolios.
Collaborate with the Leasing Director to develop and implement merchandising and leasing plans for shopping centers under your responsibility Negotiate renewal and new lease transactions with local, regional, and national tenants and their brokers,
in accordance with budget requirements and established forecasts Participate actively in the annual budget exercise and contribute to establishing leasing objectives Maintain up-to-date critical information for each property, including lease expiries, merchandising plans, tenant mix analysis, and leasing activity reports Coordinate all required services for file completion in collaboration with fit-up, accounting, marketing, and legal teams Prepare complete administrative documentation (letters of intent, approval forms) and ensure rigorous follow-up of conditions until lease execution and premises occupation University degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent training deemed acceptable 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in retail space leasing Commercial Real Estate Broker's License (OACIQ), or actively engaged in obtaining it Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written Knowledge of the Quebec retail market and trends in commercial merchandising *On-site -Montreal, QC
