Key Responsibilities

- Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components of residential buildings

- Measure, cut, and install lumber and other framing materials accurately

- Ensure all work is square, level, plumb, and structurally sound'

- Install doors, windows, headers, beams, joists and other framing hardware

- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Follow all policies, procedures, and safety procedures

Requirements

- Proven experience as a residential framer

- Robust knowledge of residential framing methods, materials, and building codes

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

- Punctual, reliable and able to work as a team

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Working on various sites

- Outdoor exposure to varying temperatures

- Must adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE (safety shoes, helmet, harness)

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
