Balto Capital is a fast-growing private lending and real estate investment firm. As part of managing and growing our real estate portfolio in Edmonton, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to support ongoing maintenance, repairs, and new projects across our properties.
What You’ll Do
- Renovation finishing touches (painting, installing closet doors, changing lights minor drywall)
- Minor plumbing and basic repairs
- Unit turnovers
- Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Coordinating with management and vendors when needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and must have reliable transportation.
- Prior experience in maintenance and renovations
- Comfortable working independently
- Must be open to late-night calls and emergency situations
- No major outside commitments (the role is demanding and time-sensitive)
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Experience with residential and/or commercial plumbing (an asset)
