This position is mainly focused on supporting clients across multiple provinces, providing exceptional troubleshooting, repair, and instructional services. Key Responsibilities: • Install, validate,



and repair analytical systems remotely • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic services as needed • Consult with customers to enhance their analytical workflows • Identify and leverage additional service opportunities • Manage tools and test equipment while maintaining an organized inventory

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • At least 2 years of laboratory equipment repair experience • Solid understanding of laboratory environments and analytics • Must be able to travel locally and evaluate service delivery needs • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to the U.S. for training
