Key Responsibilities:



• Consult with LTC staff on best practices • Conduct specialized nursing assessments • Educate teams on effective behavioral strategies • Monitor resident responses to care plans • Engage in community education initiatives

Requirements: • Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years in Long-Term Care nursing • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills
