Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow and high standards.
- Manage team members through effective interviewing, onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision to cultivate a motivated and skilled staff.
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices across kitchen and front-of-house areas.
- Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate food ordering, and oversee food preparation to maintain quality standards while minimizing waste.




- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to promote teamwork and continuous improvement.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience within the food industry or restaurant management roles.
- Extensive food service experience including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for transaction processing.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, including interviewing candidates and developing staff capabilities.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience working in hospitality environments such as hotels or bars is a plus; barista experience is also valued.
- Previous restaurant management experience that showcases your ability to oversee operations from front to back of house effectively.
