Restaurant Manager

Duties

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and events, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Create employee schedules and assign duties
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings
- Maintain a positive working environment for employees

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service standards
- Experience in cash handling and ability to manage financial transactions accurately




- Bartending skills and knowledge of various alcoholic beverages
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to enforce proper hygiene practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Hospitality mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems to process orders and payments
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
