Our client is launching its first Canadian location, and we are looking for an exceptional General Manager to help build the business from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited by the opportunity to create something meaningful. As the first leader of the Canadian flagship location, you will work closely with the owners to establish operational standards, build a strong team culture, and create the foundation for future growth.

This is more than a traditional management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building businesses, developing people, improving processes, and taking ownership. As the brand expands, this role is designed to grow into a multi-unit leadership opportunity, supporting future openings and developing future leaders.

Salary range is $65,000-$75,000

Description

- Lead the complete new store opening process, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and grand opening execution.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional customer experience.
- Create a positive, engaging culture where team members feel valued and motivated.
- Oversee daily store operations while maintaining strong brand, food safety, and service standards.
- Drive sales performance while managing labour costs, food costs, and overall profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and create memorable customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships within the local community and support grassroots marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with the founders to shape the business as it grows.




- Support future store openings and mentor future leaders within the organization.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of leadership experience within QSR, fast casual, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Experience supporting or leading at least three new store openings is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop successful teams.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, labour management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales while maintaining operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and make sound business decisions.
- Passion for hospitality, health, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Willingness to complete two weeks of paid training in Scottsdale, Arizona.
- A strong hospitality network and experience building teams is considered an asset.
