Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations




- Demonstrate excellent guest services skills by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Follow all sanitation procedures to uphold food safety standards and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in a restaurant setting
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
