Job Summary The Copper Kettle Restaurant is seeking reliable and hardworking Restaurant Support Staff to assist with the smooth operation of our restaurant. This role involves supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, assisting with food service, and ensuring guests receive an outstanding dining experience. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist servers and kitchen staff during daily restaurant operations.
- Prepare dining areas before service and clean tables after guests leave.
- Restock utensils, condiments, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
- Support food preparation and plating as directed by kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests when required.
- Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils while maintaining cleanliness.
- Keep dining, kitchen, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.




- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
- Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
