Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and attractive
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage time effectively to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers over the phone or through online channels
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to company standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Experience in retail sales, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for cash handling transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while independently managing tasks
- Prior experience with merchandising, upselling, and phone etiquette is advantageous
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings
