Shoes on Fourth and Miz Mooz Boutique are hiring retail sales associates for our West 4th Avenue locations in Kitsilano, Vancouver.

Job Overview

- Welcome customers and provide thoughtful, personalized service
- Help customers find footwear that suits their needs and style Learn about and confidently present our footwear brands
- Process sales and maintain accurate transactions
- Assist with merchandising, stock organization, and store upkeep
- Work collaboratively to meet individual and store sales goals
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts while maintaining organized merchandising displays
- Maintain store organization through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management
- Experience
- Previous retail sales experience, especially in fashion footwear or related apparel sectors, is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with a diverse customer base




- Familiarity with basic math for cash handling, POS operations, and sales calculations
- Experience with product demos or technical sales enhances your ability to educate customers about footwear features and benefits
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy shopping periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent phone and in-person etiquette and qualified demeanor
