Voyatique is a new premium travel and lifestyle retailer bringing a curated collection of exceptional luggage, travel accessories, handbags, backpacks, and lifestyle bags from leading international brands to Canada.

Opening at Sherway Gardens in Fall 2026, Voyatique is creating a destination where great design meets the many reasons we travel.

The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Associate to be part of the team bringing Voyatique to life.

This is more than a retail role. As one of the people representing Voyatique from the very beginning, you’ll help shape the experience our customers have with the brand. You’ll welcome people into our store, help them find products that fit their needs and their lives, and make every interaction feel personal.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, has a natural instinct for service, and takes pride in creating an experience customers remember.

Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do





- Welcome every customer with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine attention
- Get to know customers and understand what they’re looking for, whether it’s their next suitcase, a thoughtful gift, or something for everyday life
- Offer thoughtful, personalized product recommendations based on each customer’s needs and style
- Develop a strong knowledge of our brands, products, features, and collections
- Build genuine customer relationships and create reasons for customers to come back
- Work toward individual and store sales goals while keeping the customer experience at the heart of every interaction
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Keep the store beautifully presented, organized, and ready to inspire
- Support merchandising, inventory, restocking, receiving, and other day-to-day store operations
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming, polished, and memorable environment
- Represent Voyatique with professionalism, energy, curiosity, and attention to detail

- Someone who takes pride in how things look, feel, and are presented
- Excited by the opportunity to join a new brand and help shape it from the beginning
- Experienced in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role (preferred, but not required)
- Available to work weekends and holidays as required
