If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Greet all customers (phone, in-person, virtually) in a courteous, welcoming, and friendly mannerDemonstrate empathy, patience, and genuine care while guiding customers through each step of the repair processReview the damages on the vehicle with the customer and take the quality photos of the vehicleSafely move customer vehicles to the repair facility for assessment by the Estimator,
