Role Description The Retail Sales Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, representing client brands in retail environments and driving in-store sales. This role involves engaging shoppers, delivering product demonstrations, and clearly communicating key benefits to encourage purchase decisions.

The Retail Sales

Ambassador answers customer questions, provides knowledgeable and friendly service, and ensures displays and promotional materials are well presented and stocked.



Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, tracking performance, reporting on customer interactions, and sharing feedback from the field to help optimize future programs. The role also includes collaborating with store staff and LINQ team members to maintain a skilled brand presence and consistent execution of campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced store environment.
- Solid Product Knowledge and the capacity to learn and explain features, benefits, and differentiators clearly.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and transparent, engaging verbal interaction with diverse customers.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in retail, field sales, or brand promotion is an asset.
- Comfort working on-site in busy retail locations and standing for extended periods.
- Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail in merchandising and reporting.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required by retail operations.
