Join our vibrant retail team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face that welcomes customers, provides expert guidance, and creates memorable shopping experiences. In this energetic role, you will actively engage with in-store shoppers and digital leads to showcase our diverse product offerings. Beyond traditional sales floor interactions, you will help elevate our online presence by generating creative in-store content and driving sales across multiple channels.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products, offering knowledgeable advice on gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, and related items.
- Capture and produce engaging in-store content for social media platforms to highlight current arrivals, seasonal promotions, and gardening tips.
- Track and manage customer leads coming from various digital and social media platforms, actively converting inquiries into completed sales.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipt processing.
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and organization to enhance customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly.




- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and managing e-commerce order fulfillment.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks around the store premises to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate sales efforts and maintain smooth store operations.

Requirements

- High standard of personal presentation, maintaining a consistently well-groomed appearance and sharp, professional attire.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or digital lead conversion is preferred; enthusiasm to learn is key.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a creative eye for in-store digital content creation.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic merchandising techniques.
- Passion for gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance, with familiarity in tools and plant care being advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills to balance customer service, lead tracking, inventory, and display maintenance efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and professionalism.

Pay: $17.60-$30.26 per hour
