We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product demonstrations, and product recommendations tailored to their needs
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Manage cashiering duties including processing payments, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Conduct product demos and educate customers on new or featured items to boost engagement and sales
- Handle front desk responsibilities such as answering questions, directing customers, and managing wait times effectively




- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization of merchandise shelves
- Handle stock replenishment, receiving, and backroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales in the luggage and handbag field is required; Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail merchandising techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or knowledge in visual merchandising
- Friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
