Riverview Cellars Estate Winery is hiring part-time/full-time staff for retail sales associate positions. Winery experience is not required, but wine interest is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Looking for staff able to work well in team environments, multitask, self motivated, and energetic. With a focus on wine sales, merchandising, and excellent customer service. Willingness to do winery tours in front of groups of people. Responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the winery store. Ensure all customers are having a protected and enjoyable wine experience.

Product knowledge of Riverview Cellars current and library wines. Assist with packaging and shipping duties including Riverview Wine Club monthly packages.

Additionally stocking shelves with wine and reviewing all inventories.

Requirements:

- Must be age of majority with Smart Serve certification.
- Must be available weekends.





Summary As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. You will utilize core skills such as cash handling, communication, and basic math to assist customers effectively. No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for those eager to learn.
