Are you passionate about customer service, knowledgeable about western wear and horse supplies, and someone who enjoys helping people find the right products? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team and become an important part of our customers’ shopping experience.

This is more than a cashier position. You’ll work directly with customers, share your product knowledge, help solve problems, and contribute to a welcoming, well-organized store. What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service throughout their shopping experience
- Help customers find the right products based on their needs, including western wear, horse supplies, tack, feed, and home décor
- Build customer relationships by providing personalized recommendations and product guidance
- Process purchases accurately using our POS system
- Handle cash, debit, credit, and other payment methods while following proper cash-handling procedures
- Reconcile cash registers and complete end-of-shift procedures
- Assist with online orders, e-commerce inquiries, and customer pickups
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and assist with receiving and stock counts
- Create attractive and engaging merchandise displays
- Keep the sales floor, displays, and stock areas clean, organized, and inviting
- Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products and increase sales
- Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep daily store operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys people,



products, and retail and takes pride in helping customers.

You bring:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Knowledge of western wear, horse tack, and horse feed/supplies
- Retail, cashier, POS, or cash-handling experience
- Strong social media skills to create posts, reels and lifestyle videos for the main social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to provide excellent service
- A proactive, sales-oriented approach, including confidence with upselling and cross-selling
- The ability to learn product information and confidently make recommendations
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online ordering is an asset
- Basic merchandising knowledge and an eye for attractive product presentation
- The ability to work independently while also being a robust team player
- Comfort working in a busy, hands-on retail environment
