Duties
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and e-commerce orders
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales potential
- Assist customers with product inquiries related to fashion & accessories and other store offerings
- Support inventory management by organizing stock, conducting landscape maintenance tasks, and restocking shelves as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions in multiple languages if applicable and resolving issues promptly
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently while ensuring accurate cash handling and record-keeping
- Computer knowledge. Shopify experience and social media interest would all be beneficial but not necessary
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service environments is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow their skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising practices is advantageous
- Solid communication skills in English are essential; multilingual abilities are a valuable asset for serving diverse clientele
- Organizational skills are crucial for managing stock levels, maintaining store presentation, and supporting online order fulfillment
- Experience with e-commerce platforms can be beneficial but is not mandatory; training will be provided to ensure your success
